The AP reported that Faruqui has exclaimed the Pirro office in the midst of a hearing to which he agreed to reject a federal case against Edward Alexander Dana, an individual accused of having threatened to kill the president.

“When a great jury does not indicate, this does not end our responsibility. We will continue justice through the Superior Court, as we did here-where the defendant now faces four criminal accusations,” she noted.
