The FBI captures ten most sought after fugitives in India after international manhunt

EXCLUSIVE: The FBI captured and arrested an individual on the list of “ten most wanted fugitives in the FBI, Cindy Rodriguez Singh, India, for a mandate for the murder of her 6 -year -old son, Fox News Digital learned.
Fox News Digital learned that Rodriguez Singh had an active federal mandate for “an illegal flight to avoid prosecution” and an active mandate from the Texas State for “the capital’s murder of a person under 10”.
Rodriguez Singh would have fled the United States to avoid prosecution against the murder of her child, Noel Rodriguez Alvarez.

On October 3, 2024, an Interpol Red opinion was published for Rodriguez Singh and subject to all member countries, including India. At that time, an extradition package for Singh was also submitted.
The FBI, in coordination with the Indian and Interpol authorities, arrested Rodriguez Singh in India. It was transported to the United States and the FBI will give it to the Texas authorities.

“The list of the ten more sought after in the FBI exists for cases like this – where a dangerous fugitive thought that it could run, hide abroad and escape justice,” FBI director Kash Patel told Fox News Digital. “Thanks to the work of the relentless FBI and our international partnerships, Cindy Rodriguez-Singh is back on American soil to face the responsibility of the horrible murder of her own child.”
Patel added: “Justice has no borders, and today the American people can see that we will never stop pursuing those who attack the most innocent of us.”

On March 20, 2023, the Everman police department, Texas, was questioned by Texas Department of Family and Protective Services to make a wellness check on the 6-year-old son of Rodriguez Singh after the child was not seen since October 2022, according to the FBI.
Singh’s son has had many health and development problems, including serious development disorder, social disorder, bone density problems, chronic pulmonary disease, pulmonary edema and cripples, according to officials.
During the social protection check, officials claim that Rodriguez Singh lied to the investigators and said that the child was in Mexico with his biological father and has been there since November 2022.

On March 22, 2023, Rodriguez Singh, her husband and her other juvenile children rose aboard an international flight to India, said the FBI, adding that the investigators confirmed that the disappeared child was not present and did not board this flight.

On October 31, 2023, Rodriguez Singh was accused of murder of capital before the Tarrant County District Court, Fort Worth, Texas.
On November 2, 2023, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Rodriguez Singh at the United States District Court in Northern Texas, Fort Worth, Texas, after being charged with illegal flight to avoid prosecution.
Rodriguez Singh was added to the “Most Wanted” list in July.
Rodriguez Singh is the fourth person arrested on the “most sought -after” list under the direction of Patel.
