The Ministry of Justice has made a scanning request to the office of the Director of National Intelligence this week for more information on the allegations of a 2016 plot to link President Donald Trump in Russia, marking the next stage of the Grand Jury’s investigation in the Department.
An MJ prosecutor asked the ODNI a range of documents to complete the director of national intelligence Tulsi Gabbard at the request of the Doj to investigate the officials of the Obama administration for the alleged conspiracy. The federalist reported for the first time at the request of the prosecutor. A familiar source with demand confirmed the veracity of the Fox News Digital.
The prosecutor asked in a letter to the ODNI a dozen categories of articles, including any non -public material that Gabbard had concerning the section of declassified documents that she made public in July.

Gabbard also revealed Tuesday evening on the angle of Ingraham that she had met that day with the MJ prosecutors involved in the Grand Jury investigation. Gabbard said they “had more questions, and they will really dive deep again”.
“They are determined not to leave any non -returned stone as they conduct this great jury investigation and find the truth,” said Gabbard.
The revelation according to which a meeting had taken place and that a manager of the DoJ leading the investigation of the Grand Jury requests ODNI signal files that the survey is underway and in a phase of information collection.

Investigations on the Grand Jury are carried out in secret and can take days, weeks or more to end. Prosecutors present the great jury with evidence and jury’s panelists are responsible for deciding if there is a probable cause to accuse someone with a crime. Obtaining an indictment against a person through a large jury is generally much easier than the subsequent process of guaranteeing a condemnation against them.
Fox News Digital reported on the existence of an investigation by the great jury linked to Gabbard’s intelligence on Monday, but we do not know who is targeted in the investigation or what criminal charges could be on the table and still in the prescription statutes.
Gabbard allegedly alleged that newly declassified evidence shows that President Barack Obama and his national security officials, notably John Brennan, James Comey and James Clapper, had spoken of typical protocols to compile a defective intelligence product after President Donald Trump won the elections in 2016 who complicated his victory in the elections.
Gabbard allegedly alleged that the information has thrown the “bases” for the story of Trump-Russia which approached a large part of the president’s first administration. Trump’s first presidency was dominated by two -year special consultancy surveys concerning Russia’s participation in the 2016 elections, but no special lawyer has identified a conspiracy among Obama officials like the one Gabbard now has only Gabbard.
The letter from the Doj manager to ODNI this week also included a request for information on any investigation into the intelligence community on media leaks, noting that they could also be part of the Grand Jury probe. Gabbard said that the media had obtained information through the Obama administration, which helped to falsely attribute Trump’s victory to Russian interference in the public elections.

Obama recently rejected Gabbard’s allegations through a spokesperson in a rare declaration.
“Out of respect for the office of the presidency, our office normally does not dignify the constant nonsense and the disinformation that leaves this white house with an answer,” said the press release. “But these claims are sufficiently scandalous to deserve one. These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a low attempted distraction.”
