The Democrat Challenger calls the GOP legislator “ESL puppet” in a heated position

EXCLUSIVE: Representative Young Kim, R-Calif., Responded to the comments of a democratic challenger who calling her “ESL puppet” in an article criticizing the Trump administration’s immigration policies.
“My story is not unique. It is the story of so many American Koreans and immigrants across the country that are American proud and improve our communities every day. I am proud of my accent and will continue to use my voice to protect the American dream for future generations,” Kim told Fox News Digital in an exclusive declaration.
“It is a new hollow for a child of Korean immigrants to move to a two-hour district for the anti-immigrant insults of parrot targeting a Korean American colleague. Young is the most effective federal legislator in California and continues to prove that she is an independent hunter for her community,” added Callie Strock, spokesperson for Kim.
The post of Democrat of Esther Kim Varet Wednesday evening included screenshots of a national campaign committee position X which says that Kim Varet is “radical”, “anti-ice” and “pushing the theories of the conspiracy of the fringes”.
It also included screenshots of various press articles on Asian immigrants faced with expulsion and other misfortunes while ice doubles on deportation efforts.

“Remember when your own racist party Maga couldn’t tell your much older one – apart from me (representing Kim)?” Kim Varet wrote. “You are an immigrant of Korean origin eager for power who sold your conscience to the devil – at the cost of all the immigrants who work hard. You are not working hard, you and your husband are the biggest grifters representing the marsh – putrid and the cookie of the rot which is your soul.
“Do not even realize that our shared Korean-American community has the greatest number of undocumented immigrants among Asians?” She added. “You don’t even speak English well enough to organize a single coherent argument. You are Puppet. So embarrassing. A real life Judas to our community. You sick (representing Kim).”
The articles quickly attracted the attention of the NRCC because it focuses on competitive house races.

The comments arise as ice operations continue to be a major debate subject in the Golden State. Most Republicans argue that efforts are necessary for public security, while others fear that this falls under immigrant communities.

“The confused democrat, Esther Kim Varet, is a fanatic filled with hatred which embodies the worst of today’s political discourse. The Californians will reject this vile extremist who has no company to represent them at the Congress”, “ NRCC spokesperson Christian Martinez said in a statement on Thursday.
In response to NRCC’s comments, Varet told Fox News Digital that it “seems to be normal for the course that national republicans cannot distinguish Asians”.

The seats of the California congress could be confronted with restarts for cycle 2026, but the fate of redistribution must still be struggled at the national level. However, Kim could be in another race after President Donald Trump won the district just in 2024. Kim beat Democrat Joe Kerr by more than 40,000 votes in November.

Kim Varet is one of the many candidates in a vast democratic field seeking to challenge the outgoing republican in the general elections, according to Politico. COOK POLITICAL Report classifies the race as “lean republican”.
