An American court of appeal has canceled a law in New Jersey which prevented the federal government from contracting private companies to operate immigration detention centers through the State.

The 2-1 decision of the Court marked a victory for President Donald Trump and his administration during their illegal repression of illegal immigration across the country.

One of the efforts of the Trump administration was to extend a network of detention centers in preparation for the deportations of dangerous illegal foreigners.

The court’s decision also means that Corecivic Corp., a private prison firm, can continue to operate the Elizabeth contract detention center, which is one of the deportation centers.

In the decision, the American circuit judge Stephanos Bibas, who was appointed to Trump, wrote: “Like the States cannot regulate the federal government itself, they cannot regulate private parties in a manner that seriously undermines a federal function.”

Bibas added that the law “interferes with the main power of the federal government to enforce immigration laws”.

The governor of New Jersey Phil MurphyA Democrat, signed a law in 2021 which prevented Corecivic from renewing its agreement with the immigration and customs (ICE) forces in the United States to continue to exploit the Elizabeth detention center.

Corecivic finally continued the State, which led to a judge of the district court with the private firm. The state then appealed the decision to the 3rd short circuit of the United States and received a contrary to decision to what it had hoped.

The prosecutor general of New Jersey, Matthew Platkin, expressed his disappointment as to the decision in an article on X on Tuesday.

Dem legislators defend “the assault” of the installation of the ice, say that the Trump administrator is “ `at all levels ”

“As recent events in Delaney Hall, to underline, contesting the ownership of for -profit companies presents serious risks to health and security, and as the dissident judge noted, the states retain great latitude to protect the health and security of people to come from their borders – in particular when, as here, there is no conflict with federal legislation”, wrote Platkin,

Platkin added that he assesses the next steps in the case.

Ryan Gustin de Corecivic told Fox News Digital that the company has “played a limited but important role” in the US Immigration Center for Elizabeth for more than 25 years.

“We appreciate that we had the opportunity to present our posts in court and that we are grateful to the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals for reaffirming the federal government’s discretion to rely on the Elizabeth detention center to support its vital mission,” said Gustin.
