The colts beat the broncos on dramatic without time after a call to the penalty call

The Indianapolis colts are a surprising 2-0 team to start the 2025 NFL season, but this record would not be possible without an unusual game which took place after the clock hit zero in the fourth quarter.

The Denver Broncos seemed to guarantee a victory on the road when the Bugal attempt of 60 yards of Spencer Shrader came to the short and wide right. Denver led 28-26 and, despite not scoring in the fourth quarter, began to celebrate what looked like a victory.

But officials launched a flag, calling a lever penalty on broncos. It is illegal to use a teammate on the kick line to rise and try to block a kick, for which Denver was penalized.

This gave the unushed colts despite the expiration of the clock. Shrader got closer to 15 meters and 45 yards pierced the kick through the amounts while the Lucas Oil Stadium broke out to celebrate an improbable victory of 29-28.

The victory was not only the end game. Denver also made critical errors, notably the botter Wil Lutz who closed an attempted 42 yards on the right right on the previous reader who would have extended the advance.

The Broncos quarter-Arrière, Bo Nix, which was 22 out of 30 for 206 yards and three affected, also launched an expensive interception in colt territory at the beginning of the fourth quarter, taking points in the table.

This followed his performance of week 1 against Miami, where he rushed to two affected and launched for one in a 33-8 victory.

The tight winger Tyler Warren led Indianapolis with 79 reception yards out of four sockets, while Alece Pierce added four receptions for 68 yards. Jonathan Taylor propelled the ground match with 165 yards on the ground and caught two passes, including the Jones touch launch in the second quarter.

The colts are now turning their attention to their first division of the season, a confrontation of week 3 against the titans of Tennessee.
