The examination also aims to ensure that the university is remaining by all federal and federal laws on immigration, after evidence has also been revealed that the school would admit illegal immigrants and hid this information from external entities.

The effort to keep Belmont responsible for having pretended to have maintained its dei policies in the light of the federal directives to implement them was led by the republican representative of Tennessee, Andy Ogles, who received information from Whistle-Blowers at school.
Ogles sounded the alarm earlier this month, after having obtained infiltration recordings showing a member of the faculty of student services in the “division of the success of the students of Belmont and the fulfillment” admitting the school maintained its initiatives of I but “simply change (d) on the way we speak of it”.
“The center is hope, unity and belonging. It is dei. Let’s be real”, ” Jozef Lukey, deputy director of Belmont Students’ success and fulfillment, says in recording. “We always try to adapt to what is going on around us. But that does not mean, like what we are completely concentrating. We have just changed the terminology and the language that we continue to move forward.”
In the same registration, Lukey can also be heard admitted that Belmont is registered illegal immigrants And hide this information from external entities, which suggested the Ogles could violate the law of the state against the illegal extraterrestrials knowingly for profit.

“I want to be clear – I think the world of Belmont. My daughter applied to Belmont. She was accepted in Belmont,” Ogles said in a video recorded to update people on the current situation at the Christian University based in Nashville. “Nashville is unique – we have Vanderbilt, we have Belmont, we have David LipScomb, we have Meharry (Medical College), we have TSU – we have all these incredible institutions, to include Belmont, who now has a new medical school, so I mean their praise, but I must also hold them responsible, and this school is in violation of the order of President Trump.”
Ogles also compared Belmont to Harvard in the video, adding that the school will be “held responsible if they do not correct the course”.

In addition to infiltration recordings, Ogles has received other denunciation documents and information on Belmont’s continuation of his Dei initiatives under Trump. For example, Ogles cited official documents from Belmont whom he received, which show that teachers must fill out a compulsory form if they wish to revise or propose a new course, which requires a “declaration of impact on diversity” describing how the course supports “the historically under-represented populations”.
Another source, according to the Ogles office, has shared screenshots of a broadcasting chain showing that Belmont intends to keep its Faculty Committee for the next academic year. Ogles also received a document describing the hiring procedures for the Faculty of Belmont for the deans, which obliges the completion of several “assessments” of the “pre-research activities”.

The job document adds that the search committees responsible for looking for new potential hires should be “diverse through breed and sex and preferably include the faculty of color”.
A litany of other Dei requirements, such as discussions required between research committees on “ways of advertising and attracting candidates from a diversified population” and “paying particular attention to the recruitment of minority candidates”, is also necessary. The document also orders the research committees to engage in a post-mortem for any post for which a “diversified candidate” does not apply to “re-examine the best way to publish the position to attract qualified and diverse candidates”.

The quantity of denunciation advice that the Ogles office has obtained prompted the Congress member to launch a new web page on their Congress website which will provide an easy avenue to people to continue to provide your office internal information on dei efforts in Belmont. The website has not yet been launched, but should be online soon.
When they were contacted to comment, Belmont officials pointed out Fox News to his email on July 22 sent to the faculty and staff, indicating the expected examination of compliance.
