Mossad director David Barnea thanked the men and women working for the agency after the success of operation Israel Rising Lion.
He also expressed his appreciation in the United States – in particular the CIA – for their work in the fight against the Iranian nuclear program.
“These are historical days for the people of Israel. The Iranian threat, which has endangered our security for decades, has been considerably thwarted thanks to the extraordinary cooperation between the FDI, which led the campaign, and Mossad, which worked next, with the support of our ally, the United States,” said Barnea.
