The criticisms tear the last announcement of the campaign for the candidate for the town hall of New York Andrew Cuomo, who shows the former governor of the Empire of Empire helping a New York colleague by giving his vehicle a boost on the side of a street in the city.
“New Yorkers, start your engines … Together, we can repair this city!” Cuomo said in an article on Instagram which included the campaign video. “We can be there for each other. We help. We do it. And we will – together.”
The accompanying video starts with Cuomo by looking down in the open engine compartment, while seeing to report to the driver to give the engine a crank.
A click sound is then heard before Cuomo passes through the action, and the camera takes place to display the black rider cable fixed at the negative battery terminal, and the red cable in the hand of the mayor’s candidate.

Cuomo then connects the red cable to the vacant battery terminal before shaking where it enters the driver’s seat of another vehicle, perceived as his.

One spectator wrote: “He connected the cables in the bad order”, while another wrote: “Hi cuomo media team! I hope you leave that of your curriculum vitae.”
The Cuomo marketing team was also accused in the comments of being disconnected from voters.

When contacted on Wednesday, Cuomo’s team told Fox News Digital that the reactions were “the greatest stupidity”.
“The governor is a trained mechanic who put himself in college by driving a tow truck for AAA,” said the spokesman. “The online trolls permanently lost their time to criticize him to help a New York colleague should probably call AAA if they were in the same situation. They should touch grass.”
But all the comments were not negative towards Cuomo. In fact, a spectator praised the video and the announcement of the Cuomo campaign.

The former governor with three mandates, who draws a political return after having resigned in 2021 in the midst of several scandals, was convincingly defeated last month by Mamdani in the primary of the Democratic Mayor.
Mamdani’s main victory over Cuomo and nine other candidates shaken the Democratic Party and stimulated the Queen’s 33 -year -old state of state to become the first Muslim and first mayor of the most populous city in the country.
Cuomo, in a video announcing his decision on Monday on Monday, said: “Only 13% of New Yorkers voted during the June primary. The general elections are in November, and I am there to win it.”

And Cuomo instructed: “My opponent, Mr. Mamdani, offers smooth slogans but no real solutions.”
Although he recognized Mamdani’s victory in primary school, Cuomo left the door open to a November race as an independent candidate, who settles New York State rules.
