Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton Recently announced the launch of an investigation into more than 100 potential non-citizens who would have voted at least 200 voting bulletins in electoral cycles 2020 and 2022.
The majority of alleged illegal ballots placed by potential non-citizens were in the county of Harris, but the Paxton office also investigates the possible cases in the counties of Guadalupe, Cameron and Eastland using information from the Secretary of State of Texas, according to a press release.
The discovery was made possible by an executive decree signed by President Donald Trump ordering the Department of Internal Security (DHS) to provide the US citizenship and immigration services database.
