Stephen Miller said that the use of Biden autopen had contributed to the border crisis

The use of former president Joe Biden of the Autopen has enabled “the sadistic criminal subclass” to enter the United States under the border policies of his administration, according to the deputy chief of staff of the White House, Stephen Miller.

Biden was examined for his alleged use of the autopen during his duties, and President Donald Trump said that thousands of pardons that Biden signed were zero and that the former president did not know what documents he signed by the automated system.

“The Democrats created a presidency of puppets under Biden, then used its automatic to reinstall the sadistic criminal subclass of the world in our cities,” said Miller in a Monday X Post. “The left has an armed migration against the American people.”

Miller’s position came in response to that of the Ministry of Internal Security (DHS) who said that one of the suspects accused of stretching an ambush and shooting a customs and protection of American border protection in New York entered the country illegally in 2023 under the Biden administration.

According to the DHS, Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez entered illegally in the United States in April 2023 and the authorities published a criminal mandate for him for armed robbery with a firearm in February.

Biden has signed several decrees concerning immigration, including the Geeping Families Together initiative which would have provided a way to citizenship to illegal immigrants married to American citizens. A federal judge canceled the ordinance in November 2024, claiming that the order violated the American immigration law.

When asked what specific orders in Miller was referring to, the White House did not specify, but said that Biden had used the autopen to all aspects of the presidency.

“The entire presidency of Biden – including its dangerous outdoor policies and the refusal to withdraw the dangerous illegal criminals of our country – was managed by Autopen,” said White House spokesman Abigail Jackson, in a statement on Monday at Fox News Digital. “President Trump exhibits this fraud for what it was.”

A spokesperson for Biden did not immediately respond to a request for comments from Fox News.

The alleged use of Biden de l’Autopen mainly attracted the attention for a wide bunch of pardons which he delivered at the end of his mandate, including a series of preventive pardons on his last day to officials such as the former chief medical advisor of President Anthony Fauci and former president of the chiefs of staff Mark Cany.

Multiple surveys are under evaluation of the alleged use of Biden of the Autopen during their mandate, including the survey of the Chamber’s surveillance Committee on the concealment of Biden’s mental decline and potentially the unauthorized use of the Autopen for the stands and other decrees during his mandate.
