First on Fox: representative Elise StefanikRN.Y., asked that the Attorney General Pam Bondi undertakes an investigation into doctors without borders under the anti -terrorist law.

In a copy of Stefanik’s letter examined by Fox News Digital, she accuses doctors without borders, often known by her French acronym MSF, of having made an offensive of the media against Gaza Humanitarian Foundation supported by the United States, accusing the organization of “orchestrated”.

Stefanik said that “mirror mirror propaganda continuously pushed by Hamas and threaten to undermine the only large -scale humanitarian operation that is currently working in Gaza”.

The GHF has distributed 167 million meals to the Gazans since its operations in May. During the same period, less than 18% of the aid sent to Gaza by the UN reached its destination due to the flight and armed looting, according to the United Nations Bureau for Project Services.

Stefanik declared in his letter to Bondi that “using his platform and his resources to amplify the disinformation aligned on Hamas”, MSF “can be transformed well in an illegal activity.” Stefanik noted that the anti-terrorism law “clearly indicates that no individual or organization can provide material support to an designated terrorist group, including by propaganda”.

Stefanik underlined several indicators which demonstrate that the MSF “are in fact not neutral in the Gaza conflict and in fact only seem to promote rhetoric supported by Hamas”. She said MSF “had made no reference to the hostages illegally detained by Hamas in Gaza” and did not campaign to receive medical treatment “.

Stefanik described several hostages that needed specialized care. A hostage was treated for cancer on October 7. Another lost his hand during an explosion of Granada at the Nova Festival. A third was kidnapped while nine months pregnant and gave birth when he was captive. “None is included in MSF’s” humanitarian “advocacy,” said Stefanik.

Stefanik also questioned the “extremist actions and the rhetoric” of MSF staff, who led to criticism of the organization. In one case, after MSF deplored the death of a staff member who was killed in Gaza in June 2024, the Israeli defense forces confirmed that he was a rocket expert for Palestinian Islamic jihad. In another, a staff member publicly called on the Palestinians to “fight and die as martyrs” according to the French publication The DIDANCE JOURNAL in March 2024.

Stefanik also wonders if MSF, a 501 (c) (3) recorded, violated the “strict prohibitions” which come with non -profit status. She asked that the Bondi office examines MSF’s “political attacks” and, if necessary, returns the group to the Internal Revenue Service.

“It is not a question of routine surveillance,” concluded Stefanik. “This is a question of national security, taxpayers and American taxpayers and donors, and the defense of legitimate humanitarian organizations in one of the most dangerous conflict areas in the world. President Trump has clearly indicated that the United States will never tolerate the support of terrorist organizations in any form, and this case requires the same clarity and resolution.”

MSF did not immediately answer questions from Fox News Digital on Stefanik’s letter.
