Earlier this month, more than a dozen officials of the States led by Democrat have filed a complaint to prevent the Trump administration from blocking access to sex change procedures and treatments for people under 19.
The complaint, which was filed before the Massachusetts district district court, argues that the Trump administration wishes to impose a national ban on sex change procedures by threatening providers with “baseless criminal accusations” and investigations.
The trial appoints President Donald Trump, Prosecutor General Pam Bondi and the Ministry of Justice as defendants. He questions the executive decree of Trump 28 January to prohibit government support for operations and treatments for change of sex and two bondi memos and the deputy prosecutor Brett Shumate.
The Pelosi office told Fox News Digital that the Democrat was referring to this trial when she talked about supporting sexual changes for children.
