Senator Josh Hawley, RO., Accused the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of endangering the health of women, saying that the agency had approved another drug with chemical abortion without the in -depth examination of the security he had promised.
Hawley argued that this decision shows both the regulatory failure and the influence of a company that refuses to define the “woman” in her documents.
“It’s shocking. The FDA has just approved another medication with chemical abortion, when evidence shows that drugs on chemical abortion are dangerous and even fatal for the mother. And of course 100% deadly to the child,” he wrote on X Thursday afternoon.
Hawley added: “The FDA had promised to do a safety exam from top to bottom of the medication at chemical abortion, but instead, they simply made some versions on the distribution. I lost confidence in the direction of the FDA.”

Evita Solutions describes its mission as to “normalizing abortion” and making it “accessible to all”. On its website, the company says that it “believes that everyone should have access to safe, affordable, high quality, effective and compassionate abortion care, regardless of their race, their gender, their gender, their age, their sexuality, their income or their place of life”.
This adds: “We know you can make the best choice for your body.”
According to the FDA, Evita received approval in a letter of September 30 obtained by Reuters.
In an interview with Fox News Digital, Hawley said that the FDA’s decision was even more disturbing since her promised security examination had barely started.
“I can’t understand what’s going on at the FDA. I’m totally confused,” said Hawley.
Fox News Digital contacted the FDA and Evita solutions to comment on the question.

In another article, Hawley castigated the FDA to associate with a company which “does not even believe that there is a” woman “.
Evita Solutions now joins Genbiopro in the production of the generic version of Mifepristone, the abortion pill originally by Danco Laboratories. Miffepristone blocks progesterone, a hormone necessary to maintain pregnancy and is followed by misoprostol to finish the process.
Approval comes while abortion drugs face the growing opposition of conservative legislators, religious organizations and pro-life groups.

Religious groups such as Inspire Investing and Alliance Defending Freedom campaigned against drugs, while the Restoration of America Foundation (ROAF) has put pressure on the legislators for responsibility.
Last month, ROAF called on the Senate Committee finance to hold the Secretary of Health and Social Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. responsible for an audience, demanding responses on the abolition of security protocols for the abortion pill.
In a letter obtained by Fox News Digital, Roaf warned that the rollback leaves women more vulnerable and changes the costs of taxpayers. The group said that the changes in the Biden era endanger women by authorizing the abortion pills to be prescribed via the TV and sent by mail.
Hawley said the FDA should restore the guarantees put in place under the Trump administration.
“What should happen is that the FDA must comply with the president’s policy and implement the security regulations that President Trump had. Abandon Biden’s approach and return to President Trump’s approach,” said Hawley.

By virtue of the Biden administration, the FDA for the first time authorized the prescription of Télésanté and the correspondence delivery of the abortion pills. Previously, the agency required mifepristone to be distributed in person to detect complications such as extra-uterine pregnancy.
