Scottie Scheffler would exchange a major title for the victory of the Cowboys Super Bowl

Scottie Scheffler has dominated the golf course in recent years.
Only this year, Golfer No. 1, won two major tournaments – the PGA championship and the open championship. Scheffler is also a double champion of the masters tournament, but he admitted that he would sacrifice at least one of his four major titles coveted in exchange for seeing his beloved cowboys in Dallas reaching the top of the mountain.

“My God, I do not know. I would exchange one, for sure, for a super bowl,” replied the alum of the University of Texas during a recent edition of the “Forgive my catch” Podcast if he would exchange a major to see the cowboys win everything.

These comments follow an admission to Scheffler before leaving Open last week at Royal Portrus about the sport he dominates not fully realizing it before leaving the open last week at Royal Portrus.

While Scheffler is from New Jersey, he resided in Dallas for the majority of his life and is a self -proclaimed fan of cowboys.
Although the waste management open is not one of the four majors of golf, Scheffler noted that he would sacrifice several of his victories in this tournament in favor of seeing the cowboys hoist the Vince Lombardi trophy.

“I’m also rooted for a super bowl for a long time,” said the best classified golfer before jokingly suggesting that he has faced more disappointment with football than in golf. “Lots of hard work has been applauded on boys.”

Cowboys won five Super Bowl titles in the history of the franchise. However, the next 2025 season marks three decades since the team won a championship.
Cowboys also had a limited success in the playoff series during this period, and they failed to qualify for a conference championship match since the 1995 season. During Scheffler’s life, he saw Dallas win only five qualifying games.
An injury to the hamstrings had the 2024 season of the Cowboys Dak Prescott’s 2024 season derail. The team finished with a 7-10 sheet and failed to qualify for the playoffs. Mike McCarthy has not been kept as head coach.
