“The Party of Five” took to Instagram on Tuesday to wish Kelly a happy 49th birthday, sharing a throwback photo of herself smiling across a restaurant table. “Happy birthday to you. 🎂❤️🩹,” Scott captioned the photo.

Earlier today, it was reported that Kelly had been transferred from a mental health hospital in Utah to another facility nearby, where she will remain for another six weeks as part of her ongoing recovery.
Scott and Kelly, who tied the knot in 2004, announced their separation in June after 21 years of marriage. At the time, Kelly called it “the hardest decision of my life.” Days later, she made headlines after live-streaming her detention by police after making social media posts.
In August, Kelly was arrested on charges of doxxing Scott, and faced several misdemeanor charges including cyber harassment. She was ordered to stay away from alcohol and drugs and undergo treatment, court documents show.
Scott has been granted temporary custody of the former couple’s three children while Kylie remains under strict no-contact orders as she continues her path to stability.
