The announcement comes one day after Giuliani was seriously injured in a car accident in New Hampshire.

After the arrival of the officers, Giuliani left for his rental car, who was then hit from behind at high speed on the highway.

The judge said to Cuomo to stop using taxpayers’ money to “resuscitate his public image” in the legal case

“The state of the mayor Giuliani continues to improve, and he should be released from the hospital in the coming days,” Ragusa said in a statement. “He is a man who survived 9/11 – so a small car accident will not slow him down. He is impatient to go back to business and continue to fight for this country, as he has proudly done for 50 years.”

Giuliani joined Trump’s legal team in 2018, representing the president during the Robert Mueller investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 elections.
