Romania rushes F-16 jets after the Russian drone shot near the Danube river

Romania was forced to jostle the F-16 jets after Russia had a strike just half a million NATO nation.
The country’s Ministry of National Defense (MAPN) confirmed in a position on X that Russia had made a drone attack near its border.
“During the night of August 5 to 6, Russian forces launched a huge drone attack on the civil infrastructure of the Ismail region, Ukraine, near the border with Romania,” wrote the Ministry of Defense of Romania in an article on X.
“MAPN radar systems have detected air targets in the Ukrainian space, near the County of Tulcea. At 1:10 am, the population of the northern county was warned by Ro-Alert,” added the ministry. Ro-Alert is the official emergency alert system of Romania.
