The former singer-songwriter of Pink Floyd, Roger Waters, could face prosecution after having declared his support for Palestine Action, a terrorist organization which was prohibited by parliament in the United Kingdom
Waters published a video on X on Saturday, in which the enthronement of rock ‘n roll of fame congratulated the Palestine action as “big organization”, while making congratulations to Bob Vylan, who led the crowd of the Glastonbury Festival in a song, crying, “Death, Death to the Tdi”.
Waters said in his video that he was in his studio and worked on a piece of brown cardboard with a Sharpie.
He then changed the camera from his cardboard face.

“That said: ‘Roger Waters supports Palestine Action, July 5, 2025. The Parliament was corrupted by agents of a genocidal foreign power. Standing and counted. It is now’ ‘, says the waters.” It’s time. I am Spartacus. “
“It’s independence day on July 5, 2025,” he continued. “I declare my independence from the Government of the United Kingdom, which has just appointed action in Palestine, a terrorist terrorist organization and interroeed.”
Waters said he was supporting Palestine’s action, calling him a “big organization” and noting that they are “non -violent” and “absolutely not terrorists in any way”.
“They are a non-violent protest organization that protests against the presence in the United Kingdom of Elbit Systems, which are an Israeli organization of arms manufacturing,” he said. “Very well. So, that’s all. I support Palestine’s action, and I will always do it because it is the right thing to do.”

He then turned his attention to others who support Palestine, like Bob Vylan, a punk-ramp duo that led anti-Israeli songs at the Glastonbury festival at the end of last month.
“We have to support our brothers and sisters in Palestine and support them whatever happens,” said Waters. “So good for you, what was your name? Vylan. Well to you, Vylan, and the rest of you will be held to be counted. I love you.”
Reuters reported that last week, the British government has moved to the ban on the action of Palestine under anti-terrorist laws after its activists broke into a base of the Royal Air Force and damaged two planes to protest against what the organization called for the support of Great Britain in Israel.

After a parliamentary vote, the government prohibited the group as a terrorist organization and the ban came into force at midnight.
Under British law, offenses include things such as inviting support, expressing approval or displaying the symbols of a prohibited group, and violations are liable up to 14 years behind bars and / or a fine.
There are currently 81 groups listed under anti-terrorist laws in Great Britain, notably Al-Qaeda, Isis and Hamas.
The Minister of State of Parliament, Sir David Hanson, said that after the amendment approval, the Palestine action had published an “infiltration manual” which encourages its members to create small groups and to provide advice on how to carry out activities against private companies and government buildings.
Hanson also said that the manual explains how to work secretly and escape arrest.

“The government has evaluated that action in Palestine promotes and encourages terrorism. This includes the glorification of its attacks involving serious material damage on social networks,” said Hanson. “I must say that we would not tolerate this activity of organizations if they were motivated by Islamist or extreme ideologies on the right, and therefore I cannot tolerate it from the action of Palestine.”
“By implementing this measure, we will remove the veil of legitimacy of Palestine Action, will approach its financial support and degrade its efforts to recruit and radicalize people to commit a terrorist activity on the name,” he added.
The campaign against anti -Semitism, which, according to the group’s website, is a “charity led by volunteers dedicated to the exhibition and the fight against anti -Semitism by education and the application of the law on zero tolerance”, the video of Waters shared on X shortly after its publication by the former member of Pink Foyd.
The group said they examined the post, adding that anyone expresses its support, unlike the 2000 law on terrorism, commits a criminal offense.

They also declared that they were ready to continue the offenders in private when the authorities do not act.
A campaign spokesperson against anti-Semitism told Fox News Digital: “The suggestion that the Jewish state exerts excessive political influence is a violation of the international definition of anti-Semitism.”
“Roger Waters has a long history of promoting dangerous conspiracy tropes,” said the spokesperson. “His declaration of support for action in Palestine, now a prohibited organization, is his most provocative decision to date. We expect the police to act, and if they do not, we will.”
