Richard Cox faces charges of sex offenders in Arlington Virginia Court

The sexual offender in series Richard Kenneth Cox appeared on Friday in Arlington, Virginia Circuit Court, faced with several accusations of pr -resort, with a vulgar rap sheet which returns to the administration George HW Bush.

An Arlington official told Fox News Digital on Friday that COX appeared at 9:30 am before judge Daniel Tomas Lopez to face seven of the 23 to come from the court.
Cox faces Lopez on two accusation of possession of juvenile pornography, an offense of second or people, two indecent leaders of freedoms with a child under the age of 15, an indecent chief of exposure, a chief of contact with a child after conviction and a chief of accusation of school property as a level III (the most serious level).

In December, Cox accumulated the two remaining accusations as part of an incident in a gymnasium in Barcroft, Virginia, where he would have entered the women’s locker rooms and exposed himself to an adult and several children.
After the school swimming pool incident, Arlington’s Superintendent, Francisco Duran, sent a letter to the parents saying that Cox was not present during school hours and that the swimming pool has a separate entrance that the school, according to the ABC affiliate in Washington.
Duran said that Cox had been briefly prohibited from the pool, while adding later that “Arlington public schools will continue to promote an inclusive community for all, including members who identify as members of the LGBTQ +community”.

The feeling of the latter remark put Cox at the forefront of political battles in Virginia during this year’s elections.

Jones did not respond to a request for comments at the time, and Miyares also hammered the lawyer for the county of Fairfax, Steve Descano, for refusing to continue Cox for alleged transgressions similar to those of Arlington Voisin.

Fairfax officials said at the time that a modesty accusation was abandoned after an alleged victim was not presented to the court.
