Cops say “Real Housewives of Potomac” star D. Wendy Osifo She lies about being the victim of a home burglary… but two months after filing her report, she took part in a podcast – and doubled down on her claims.
Wendy appeared on the Gabbing With Gib podcast in September 2024 and was asked about the alleged home burglary, which we first reported on in April 2024… and the clip is resurfacing now that she’s been accused of fraud.
In the interview, Wendy explains why she believes she is being “targeted” by thieves.
The thing is… law enforcement came out on Friday and told Wendy and her husband Falsely stated Home burglary and theft for insurance fraud purposes.

Police say the investigation found that Wendy returned items she said were stolen and also posted a photo on social media wearing a ring she claimed was also stolen. Cops also say the Osefos have a home surveillance system and the footage showed no signs of a burglary.
For her part, a representative for Wendy’s told TMZ… “The Osefos family, along with their legal team, are looking forward to their day in court. At this time, they respectfully ask for privacy while they focus on their family and the upcoming legal process.”
