Representative Hank Johnson faces the reaction for anti-Trump parody Jimi Hendrix

Representative Hank Johnson, D-Georgia, has collected conservatives on Social for an interpretation of “Hey Joe”, which was made popular by Jimi Hendrix and other artists in the 1960s, which he reoriented as Critique by President Donald Trump.

“I hate hurting your ears and everything, but I’m just learning to play the guitar,” he said in a video Posted on X Wednesday, adding that it was inspired by the month of black music to provide political comments via Song.

He noted that he “just learned to play the guitar”, then made a anti-Trump parody of the famous song.

The video comes as the Democrats continue to experiment with different social media strategies during Trump’s second term and have always faced criticism from the Conservatives for this, including earlier this year, when Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and other Democrats in the Chamber were castigated online on the Tiktok video “choose your fighter”.
