Putin bored by the American media questioning the top of Alaska with Trump

Russian President Vladimir Putin did not hesitate to show an apparent disdain for the members of the press who asked to ask him questions at the top of high issues in Alaska.
For President Donald Trump, such media control was nothing out of the ordinary, but Putin clearly seemed to be unhappy with the screen. While journalists were trying to draw the attention of leaders, Putin – a former Soviet KGB intelligence officer – seemed visibly bored.

Trump, Putin envelops the “extremely productive” summit but “not yet” at the end of the war
Before the summit, Trump faced the pressure of leaders in the country and abroad to conclude an agreement with Putin and put an end to hostilities. Even Trump’s former rival, Hillary Clinton, recognized the gravity of the moment, saying that she would name Trump for a Nobel Peace Prize if he obtained a cease-fire in Ukraine.
Despite a difficult relationship with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Trump managed to coordinate with him and Putin.
Before the American Russian Summit on Friday, Zelenskyy met European leaders and participated in a session of “Coalition of the Willing”, to which vice-president JD Vance also attended. In addition, on Wednesday, Trump practically met European leaders to prepare for pivotal talks.

Although Putin and Trump failed to conclude an agreement on Friday, the meeting was largely considered as a successful step.
Trump told Sean Hannity de Fox News in an exclusive interview that the meeting was “very good” and that Putin “wants to see it”. However, the president refused to share what the bonding point prevented them from achieving an agreement.
European leaders praised Trump A joint declaration Signed by French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and others.
“The leaders welcomed President Trump’s efforts to arrest the murder in Ukraine, put an end to the war of aggression of Russia and achieve a fair and lasting peace,” the statement said. The leaders have also reiterated their position according to which “Ukraine must have security guarantees which are concerned to effectively defend its sovereignty and its territorial integrity”.

Zelenskyy is expected to meet Trump in Washington, DC on Monday. He declared in an article on X that he and Trump “would discuss all the details concerning the end of the murder and the war”.
Trump and Zelenskyy – who were not invited to the top of Alaska – reported a desire for a trilateral meeting with Putin. But Putin has not shown no movement to such discussions.
On Saturday, Zelenskyy said he had urged Trump to strengthen sanctions if Putin refused to join a trilateral meeting, echoing Trump’s previous warning that Russia would be confronted with “very serious” economic consequences if it derails the peace process.
