Illinois Democratic Governor JB Pritzker was quickly checked by conservatives on social networks for affirming that he “had never called” Nazi “Republicans as legislators on both sides of the alley of barbs on an increased political rhetoric following the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

“This is completely false. I never called the Nazis of the Republicans,” said Pritzker on Monday while answering media questions at a press conference where the Democratic Head of State accused President Donald Trump of “actively stirring the flames of the division” after Kirk’s murder.

Pritzker, who condemned Kirk’s shocking assassination as “horrible”, was criticized earlier in September when he said that the “rhetoric of president foment” often “political violence.

Now, the Democratic Governor faces the efforts to dismiss the state republicans for rhetoric which, according to them, has prompted violence and for its assertions connecting Nazi Germany to the GOP.

The conservatives on social networks were unleashed on Pritzker for affirming that he had “never called the Republican Nazis”, indicating his February speech of the state of the state.

Pritzker has not explicitly called the “Nazi” Republicans, but compared the newly created Trump administration to the rise of Nazi Germany.

“The authoritarian game book is exposed here: they indicate a group of people who do not resemble you and tell you to blame them for your problems. If you think I react and do not sound too early the alarm, consider this: it took the Nazis a month, three weeks, two days, eight hours and 40 minutes to dismantle a constitutional republic,” said Pritzker in February.

“Tyrannia requires your fear and silence and compliance,” added Pritzker. “Democracy requires your courage. So gather your justice and your humanity, Illinois, and do not leave the tragic spirit of despair” defeat us when our country needs us most. “”

“These Republicans cannot have a moment of peace. They must understand that we will fight their cruelty with each megaphone and microphone that we have. We must castigate them on the soap box and then punish them in the polls. They must feel in their bones … that we will relegate their portraits to the halls of the museum reserved for tyrants and lines.”

Fox News Digital contacted the Pritzker office on Tuesday morning concerning the criticisms of the Republicans for the comparison and recent dismissal efforts in the state, but did not immediately receive an answer.

Pritzker faces renewed dismissal efforts of state republicans following the assassination of Kirk. The country’s conservatives argued that the leftists mocking conservatives as “fascists”, “Nazis” and threats to democracy led to the violence that claimed Kirk’s life.

The representative of the Republican State of Illinois, Chris Miller, filed indictments against Pritzker earlier in September, claiming that the governor “is committed to a conduct which, under all circumstances, constitutes an incentive violence which is incompatible with the duties of his office”.

“Pritzker’s remarks provide legitimacy to the radicals who commit these odious crimes against people like Charlie Kirk,” Niemerg said in a statement, Capitol News Illinois reported. “If it was an isolated incident – it would be one thing but there is a model here.”

The former governor of Illinois, Rod Blagojevich, is the only governor in state history to be dismissed and dismissed from his functions in 2009, following federal corruption accusations. The efforts of indictment in the State require the participation of the General Assembly and the State Senate to move forward – which makes the effort unlikely because the two chambers are controlled by the Democrats in the deep blue state.

Pritzker continued during his press conference remarks on Monday that Trump encouraged the American division, while calling for political rhetoric at all levels to be attenuated.

“It should come from the summit, but to each crisis in recent years, we cannot count on President Trump to write anger and passion following political violence,” he said on Monday. “Instead, he actively fans the flames of the division as he did on Friday, regularly advocates violence for political remuneration, and in more than one case, declares that we are at war, not with a foreign adversary, but between them. I do not believe any of this.”
