President Trump says that the new upgrade of the border wall will make the “untouchable”

President Donald Trump congratulated the secretary of the DHS, Kristi Noem, for having moved to paint the whole southern southern wall, affirming that this would increase the effectiveness of the wall, which makes him “untouchable” for potential illegal immigrants.

Addressing the press at the Oval Office on Friday, Trump said: “I didn’t know she was listening” when he suggested that the wall should be black.

The president also praised the quality of the wall, saying: “I built the same wall as the border patrol asked me to build”, composed of high quality steel, reinforced with thick reinforcement bars and 9000 pound concrete.

Noem announced Tuesday that the entire southern border wall will be painted black as part of the Trump administration efforts to increase the efficiency of the wall as a deterrent.

Speaking in front of a part of the southern border wall of Santa Teresa, in the New Mexico, Noem explained that the wall would be painted entirely black for two purposes to heat it more and therefore more difficult to climb, as well as the preservation of the metal of the rust.

Noem has credited the “Big and Beautiful Bill” which was adopted by the Congress in July to allocate “an incredible quantity of resources” which, according to her, will allow us to continue the construction “of the wall, which, according to her, progressed at a rate of about half a million wall per day.

The secretary explained that the new painting comes “specifically at the president’s request, who understands that in hot temperatures here, when something is painted in black, it becomes even warmer, and it will make people even more difficult for people to climb.”

“So, we are going to paint the whole of the southern southern wall to make sure that we encourage individuals not to enter our country illegally, not to break our federal laws, but that they will respect and come to our country in the right way so that they can remain and have the opportunity to become citizens of the United States and to continue the American dream,” said Noem.

Speaking at the White House on Friday, Trump recalled the moment when he said to Noem: “We were able to get a layer of paint on it.”

“And I didn’t know she was listening, but I said, we were able to get a layer of paint, and it should be black because black makes steel very hot. It’s untouchable,” he said. “You could fry an egg on it, and if you have a good black and flat painting, it would be beautiful, and it will preserve it from rust. And that is everything, and I gave it with 30 other things.”

Turning to Noem, who was in the room next to him, asked Trump: “Will it be a two-layer work or a coat?” To which the secretary replied: “Just a layer.”

The president joked back: “The cocoat (work) will take place in three years, we will do the second.”

“But it looks beautiful,” he continued. “But thank you very much. I did not know that you listened. As, we talked about seven different subjects. And all of a sudden, I see that you are there painting with a lot of painters and everything else, but it was a good thing to see.”
