A former municipal judge who lost against the city’s prosecutor linked to Soros in Philadelphia during the May Democrat primary announced during the weekend that he would register for the line of the Republican Party during the November elections, while President Donald Trump would focus on urban crime.
Philadelphia Judge Patrick DuganFrom the extreme northeast of the city, obtained enough writing votes in the May competition – where no republican was on the main election of this party – to be able to run on the party line in November.
However, it was only on weekends that Dugan officially announced that he would take the GOP coat in the hope of consuming the PHIDALPHIE district prosecutor Larry Krasner.
Trump, on the other hand, announced on Monday that he usurted control of the metropolitan police department in Washington, DC, for the 48 statutory hours authorized under the 1973 law on the 1973 Columbia Home district due to the violent crime he declared is tied with several capitals in Central America.

Dugan said in a statement that he expects Krasner to try to link him to Trump and call him an “extremist”, but only “because he knows that his file is a failure, and he cannot defend the crawling crime that his policies have caused.”
“I know that philadelphians are intelligent enough to believe their eyes, and what they see is more crime, more drugs, more abandoned victims, more shootings and more criminals released in the streets”, DUGAN said in a press release.
The former lawyer would also have said that although he was on the Republican line, he identifies himself as an “independent democrat”.
This was not enough to suffocate the boss of the Democratic Party of Philadelphia, Bob Brady, who described Dugan as “shame” and seemed to launch the party.
“He has no integrity … He is out of our party … I don’t need liars in our party”, the former member of the Congress said at Philadelphia Inquirer.
Philly Da supported by Soros could face a difficult battle for re -election if the GOP writing scheme succeeds
The Associated Press had called the primary of Krasner-Dogan, the holder earning at least 60% of the votes. Dugan, however, collected 53,000 democratic votes and 6,400 shocking writings.
Because Pennsylvania is a closed primary state, these voters were probably – if not entirely – republicans.
Dugan said on Saturday that he would be a DA for “all of Philadelphia”, whatever the affiliation of the party.
“I cannot stay there and allow Mr. Krasner’s failed policies to continue to hold our city hostage. Each Philadelphian has a real choice this fall, and I think they will support common sense and security with me.”
The president of Philly Gop, Vince Fenerty, added that the city now has a “real choice” between Dugan and Krasner, “defender proven criminals even that he is supposed to continue”.
Pennsylvania’s state senator, Joe Picozzi, a colleague Northeast Philly Republican, described Dugan as “proven leader” and said that “Larry Krasner” is an absolute priority for him.
Picozzi himself shocked the Commonwealth when he overthrew a democrat in 2024, making him the first senator of republican state to represent the birthplace of America for decades.
Krasner Criticized Dugan To be a democrat embraced by the Republicans.
Since the rise of Krasner, Philadelphia has fought against a crime of crime, as well as the prosecutor’s penchant not to continue possession of marijuana, certain violations at sex work and other low level crimes.

However, during some looting in the midst of the riots of George Floyd, Krasner indicated that there had been 550 arrests for burglary and that he would vigorously pursue “many of them.
“Some of them, on the other hand, are an 18-year-old man who has never had contact with the criminal justice system before, not even an arrest, which enters a broken window and goes out with a t-shirt,” he added, according to CBS News.
Crime violates as a category, however, has decreased some in recent years, with a decrease of approximately 17%, according to the Penn Capital-Star, What criticisms have highlighted the custom of eliminating accusations on certain crimes.
Trump previously called Krasner the “worst district prosecutor” and asked Philadelphians who attended a 2019 rally in Hershey to “get a new prosecutor”.
In a January statement after Trump took office, Krasner retaliated, telling the president in a statement that “arrests and prosecution are based on a probable cause, not if you agree or disagree with a political position”.
“Unlike the current president, who has forgiven or commissioned this week of more than 1,000 insurrectionists legally condemned and condemned, my office and others will continue to maintain the American Constitution and the rule of law,” said Krasner.
