Gibbons announced A life transcended with the singleFloat in an instant“And I also participated.”Missing changes“and”communication” prior to the release of the full LP. James Ford produced the album alongside Gibbons, with additional production from Modern talk Drummer Lee Harris.

Portishead’s last album to date, thirdreleased nearly 17 years ago, Gibbons made her most recent US performances, Behind This Album, with the band in 2011. Gibbons’ interim projects include appearances on Kendrick Lamarsong “Mother I’m sober,” the JJ death Collaboration “GMO” Black Sabbath cover With a metal band and soundtrack contribution”Coda ProsperaFor a film based on Storm.
