Offset He’s being sued over an alleged altercation at a dispensary…with a security guard who claims the rapper attacked him.
Jim Sanchez The rapper is suing…saying he was a security guard who was working at MedMen LAX in March when Offset and his friends came to the store.
In the lawsuit, Sanchez claims he asked Offset to show the identification he says caused the rapper’s death. Sanchez alleges that Offset “became hostile and verbally confrontational and physically attacked Plaintiff by striking him in the face.”
Sanchez says several of the people injured by Offset then “further assaulted and beat” him, which, he says, led to him suffering headaches and neck pain so severe that paramedics took him to the hospital.
Sanchez is suing Offset for assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
We told you about him This alleged incident Back in March…which Offset’s rep called complete and total BS.
At the time, Offset’s side claimed that a security guard ran up to the rapper and spat on him, causing a fight to break out.
Multiple sources told TMZ Hip Hop that the rapper punched the bouncer… who they claim then used a can of mace on Offset and his crew.
We’ve reached out to Offset and Sanchez’s attorneys for more information…so far, no word back.
