Several civil servants have been faced with calls for expulsion for their reactions to the murder of Charlie Kirk, including a delegate of Virginia-Western who compared him to the suspect of beading the Charlotte train and framed the question in terms of alleged “racist” language and domestic terrorism.
Their comments highlight the way in which Kirk’s death has become a flash point in the national debate on political rhetoric and violence.
Del. Anitra Hamilton, D-Morgantown, who directs the NAACP branch in the counties of Monongalia and Preston, has been faced with a flame return for Facebook publications which seem to have since been deleted, accusing the deceased activist conservative of racism and claiming such “racist words” belong to a domestic terrorism.
“The value of the truth exposes your values, priorities and beliefs. Screenshots broadcast by representative Riley Moore, RW.V.The former member of the Top Ted Cruz, Steve Guest and others.
“You can assassinate a woman on a train by stabbing her in the neck and being condemned by the masses where you can browse the nation spitting hatred and racism, injuring thousands and being loved by the masses and both have the same result,” indicate the articles.

“Talking about racist words is not your first amendment, but these are acts of domestic terrorism on the souls of the American people,” continued Hamilton, according to screenshots.
Hamilton also said that an appropriate debate could not take place when the black population is “1.36%”, which corresponds to UTAH figures, where Kirk was killed.
Moore replied by calling Charleston’s legislators to expel Hamilton, adding: “This is the ideology against which we clashed”.
“Tolerate the distorted state of mind which leads to a disgusting behavior like this one of radical leftists without consequences, it is the way in which we find ourselves with a 31-year-old father who is shot in cold blood.”
Moore added that legislators cannot “justify murder”.
Senator Jim Justice, RW.V., strongly condemned Hamilton.
“The delegate of the 81st (district) should be ashamed because the celebration of the death of a person who engages in a regular political dialogue on university campuses is really, really sad to see,” said the judge.
Before the murder of Charlie Kirk, Utah Gov. Cox pushed the effort to “be better”

The governor who became senator initially appointed Hamilton to this role – with a familiar government staff familiar with the appointment by telling Fox News Digital that he was bound by a rule to choose one of the handpicked options.
The staff member told Fox News Digital that Hamilton’s comments show how common it is for the opposite parties of Virginia-Western to offer only the “most radical” candidates to vacancy meetings.
Del. Wayne Clark, R-Charles Town, has reserved comments on Hamilton’s statements, but told Fox News Digital that Kirk’s murder is a “tragic loss for our country” and that her “ability to debate while maintaining civility is unmatched in anyone in our living”.
“Those who believe that his assassination is justified for any reason should question their moral beliefs about the preservation of life,” said Clark.
State del. Geno Chiarelli, a republican who also represents the county of Monongalia like Hamilton, confirmed that discussions took place in the legislative assembly on how to punish Hamilton, until expulsion and including.
Chiarelli told Fox News Digital that he was not officially one of these considerations, but supporting the expulsion if the leadership of the caucus decided that it was the way they wanted to follow.
A Charleston official also cited a climb for expulsion in relation to censorship or other punishment, because it would require a 2/3 vote in the majority of the GOP 91-9.
“The left is already trying to minimize this, but the sober reality: Charlie Kirk was murdered by someone who thought he was” full of hatred “,” said Moore, calling the murder “left terrorism” provoked by “endless demonization” by the Democratic Party.
Beyond mountaineering, several other legislators have been criticized for their responses to the kirk murder.
In Bernville, Pennsylvania – a Dutch community in Pennsylvania quietly known for his Christmas village recognized at the national level – the Democrat mayor of the city published a clip for Charlie Kirk’s podcast implying that he was happy that Kirk died.
“This is what Maga represents. This is why Trump lowered the flags,” wrote Mayor Shawn Rauup-KonsAvage, according to News WFMZ-69.
“If that represents you, then I don’t want to hear that you are offended that I’m glad he left.”

Rauup-KonsAvage previously made the headlines after the first assassination attempt by President Donald Trump, with an article that would have read “Trit stronger”.
Bernville Bernville advisor Wayne LEHER told WFMZ that he does not agree with RAUP-KONSAVADA, the remarks were made on a private page under the protections of the first amendment.
“You celebrate someone’s death. It’s nothing to celebrate,” said Leher.
In addition, a member of the Council in Tucson, Arizona, faced a flame return for an apparently badly spelling article intended to read “Karma”, after the murder of Kirk, according to the CBS affiliate of the city.
Another official of Virginia -Western – a mayor in the north of Panhandle – expressed his surprise to the criticisms who, according to him, were more numerous than the people who voted in the previous municipal elections.
Wellsburg, Virginie-Western, the mayor Dan Dudley would have written: “Sort day in America. Flying an American flag mast for a racist. ABC affiliate of Wheeling.
DEL state. Jimmy Willis, R-Wellsburg, told the point of sale that, whether attacks against Kirk, Trump or the Governor of Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer, “violence is never the answer”.
Fox News Digital contacted Hamilton and NAACP Kingwood chapter to comment.
