Democratic Governor Kathy Hochul from New York reported nearly $ 12 million in fundraising during the first half of this year, impressive transport when she offers next year for a second term of four mandates which led the country’s fourth state in the country.

But the Hochul fund collection report, published on Monday, comes when the governor continues to deal with dull elevation numbers and regular attacks of two of his potential republican challengers in the elections of next year.

And the fundraising report also occurs in the midst of the calls of far left leaders in his party to approve the Democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani, Who exceeded the former governor of three Mandates Andrew Cuomo and nine other candidates last month to capture the Democratic appointment of the Democrat mayor in New York.

Hochul transported more than $ 11.8 million, according to his campaign, the July file showing basic donations from all 62 state counties.

The latest fundraising marks a slight increase compared to the $ 10 million that Hochul collected in the second half of last year for his re -election campaign and the State Democratic Party Committee.

“In the past 6 months, Governor Kathy Hochul has seen support for the basis of all state counties while she is fighting against Donald Trump and offers real progress to a safer and more affordable New York,” said the Preston Elliott campaign director.

“While the Republicans of DC snatch the health care of New Yorkers, our campaign consists in building an operation not only to re-election Governor Hochul, but to take over the house and elect the leaders who defend the families of New York instead of giving in to Trump,” added Elliott.

Hochul, who was at the time the lieutenant-government of the State in August 2021, took an oath as the first woman governor of New York, after Cuomo resigned disgrace in the midst of several scandals.

She then defeated and representatives. Lee Zeldin By just over six points in 2022 to win a full four -year direction in New York. Zeldin’s projection was the best by a republican candidate from governor to the blue state in New York since the governor of the GOP, George Pataki, was re -elected to a third term in 2002.

In July of last year, Hochul announced his intention to present himself in the elections in 2026, but the survey suggests that New Yorkers are far from being delighted with the state of their state.

The majority of voters in New York State continue to want “someone else” other than the governor elected Hochul next year, according to a Siena College survey led at the end of last month.

According to the survey, Hochul’s favorability rating remained underwater at 42% at 47%, while its employment approval rating continued to hover slightly in positive territory at 50% at 45%.

The survey also indicated that Hochul at the top of its potential republican challenges of 20 or more in the potential confrontations of the governor in 2026 in the New York State in Blue Sens. However, Hochul did not exceed 50% in any of the games.

Representative Mike Lawler was in second place, according to the survey.

Stefanik and Lawler were both very vocal in their criticism from Hochul when they both thought of governors’ races.

Meanwhile, progressive leaders urge Hochul, and other senior democratic officials from New York State, to approve Mamdani, member of the Ugandan State assembly of Queens.

Last month, Mamdani’s main victory amazed the political world and pushed him to become the first Muslim mayor in the most populous city in the country.

Hochul congratulated the main victory of Mamdani and his accent on the campaign track on affordability.
