Norway Royal’s stepson, Marius Borg Høiby, is accused of several rapes

The eldest son of the princess of the crown of Norway Mette-Marit and stepfall of the throne heir, the crown prince Haakon, Marius Borg Høiby faces multiple accusations of rape, sexual assault and bodily injury.
The accusations come after an investigation of one month after the multiple arrests of Høiby in 2024. Oslo police lawyer Andreas Kruszewski confirmed that the number of victims was in the “two figures”.

Kruszewski said accusations include a case of rape with sexual intercourse, two cases of rape without sex, four cases of sexual assault and two cases of bodily lesions, The Associated Press reported. Kruszewski would also have said that Høiby, 28, was a cooperative during the police issue.

The Oslo police district published a statement saying that it had made an “in -depth investigation”, with a “large number of witness interviews, several searches and an examination of extensive digital equipment”, according to A BBC translation.

Fox News Digital contacted Høiby’s lawyer, Petar Sekulic, to comment, but according to several reports, he declared that his client recognizes no reprehensible act, especially in cases involving sexual abuse and violence.
Several points of sale have also indicated that the Royal House of Norway said that the case occurred by the legal system and that it had nothing to offer, although the palace has not yet responded to Fox News Digital.
