A non -American citizen of New Hampshire is accused of having voted illegally in several elections, including the primary and general presidential elections in 2024.

According to A declaration of The New Hampshire Ministry of Justice, Naseef Bryan, who lived in Manchester, New Hampshire, has been arrested and is accused of three unjustified voting chiefs. He would have knowingly voted illegally in a local election in Manchester in 2023 as well as the presidential primary and general in 2024.

If he is convicted, he faces between three and a half and seven years in the New Hampshire state prison and a fine of up to $ 4,000.

The New Hampshire Outlet NHPR reported that Bryan is a 34 -year -old immigrant who, according to a legal file, is a permanent American resident of Jamaica.

The majority of alleged illegal ballots placed by potential non-citizens were in the county of Harris, but the Paxton office also investigates the possible cases in the counties of Guadalupe, Cameron and Eastland using information from the Secretary of State of Texas, according to a press release.

The discovery was made possible by an executive decree signed by Trump ordering the Ministry of Internal Security to provide the safeguard database of American citizenship and immigration services to the States.

The Democratic representative Yvette Clarke of New York also recently raised alarms when she suggested in a reminked video which she needed immigrants to strengthen the figures for her district, saying that they are necessary “for redistribution purposes”.
