NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

Rumors on Nick Saban potentially returned to the touch last week, but the seven times national champion does not seem to be in a hurry to come back.

The ancient quarter of Alabama, Greg Mcelroy, said on his radio program that he had been informed by a source that Saban could return to the future, although Mcelroy did not believe him himself.

In any case, university football fans have obtained their hopes, and Saban poured cold water on everything in an appearance with “Fox & Friends”.

“You know, it is incredible for me that it came to the media, and the media speak for you and think about you,” said Saban.

Then he made a joke.

“I never really had the thought of going back to training until, two days ago, Miss Terry said that I had to direct the sweeper all the bottom. So, while I was running the sweeper, thought came to my mind, you know:” When you were coach, you had much better than that. “It is therefore the only time I considered it,” he said.

“I am really satisfied with what I’m doing right now. You know, it’s exciting to be always involved in the game. It is exciting for me to work with sports directors, conference commissioners, congress people to preserve the integrity of our game and continue to be able to create opportunities to help young people to appreciate their future which will help them succeed in their lives, what we have always tried to do as coach.”

Nick Saban praises

Saban did not seem to be completely excluded, but he simply said that there was no “opportunity” which is calling him at the moment.

“I appreciate what I do. I did it for 50 years. I loved it. I loved relationships with players. I love competition. But you know it’s another life station now, and I like what I am doing right now and I want to keep doing it,” he added. “Spend more time with my family, my grandchildren, my children, and it was really, really good.”
