NFL News: Cowboys signed Jadeveon Clowney 2 days after its arrest

The NFL veteran, Jadeveon Clowney, was arrested on September 12 in Rock Hill, in South Carolina, two days before signing with the Dallas Cowboys.

Clowney, 32, was arrested for intrusion and non-identification WSOC-TV 9.

Clowney was trying to park in a lot which was closed to parking but which parked there despite the fact that parking was not authorized, according to police reports.

The Panthers signed Clowney to a $ 20 million contract over two years in March 2024, but released it in May 2025 after a single season.

Clowney, the overall choice n ° 1 of the 2014 NFL draft, will enter the 12th season of his career. Cowboys are the seventh team he played.
