A district judge made a temporary ban prescription on Friday which prohibits the ice from making detention in the California central district, which includes Los Angeles, unless the agents have “reasonable suspicion” that a person is in the country illegally. The Trump administration subsequently filed a request from the courts to suspend the temporary prohibition order.
