New York town hall candidate, Zohran Mamdani, is organizing a sumptuous three -day wedding celebration in Uganda

The candidate of the Democrat mayor of New York, Zohran Mamdani, would have celebrated his recent marriage this week with an exclusive three -day party in his native Uganda which included masked military security and a system of mobile phone.
The party took place in the private compound of the Mamdani family in the country of East Africa in a rich area outside Kampala, the capital, according to an exclusive report of The New York Post.
The socialist candidate fled with the illustrator Rama Dawaji, with whom he lives in an apartment in Queens, earlier this year.
“Apart from Maison Mamdani, more than 20 guards of special forces command unit, some in the masks, and there was a telephone scholarship system – and everything for the strictly guest Mamdani event,” a witness to the post. “A door had about nine guards stationed,” they added.

Last Sunday, he posted in a video on his page X that he “returned to Uganda. I am in a personal quality to celebrate Rama’s wedding and me with our family and friends.”
He joked: “But from your point of view, don’t worry where I’m sorry: I’m back by the end of the month. See you soon, NYC.”
Tuesday, buses, several Mercedes and a Range Rover made revelers in the celebration, according to the post.
The revelers appreciated music, food and dance during the celebration, and when the bash was over, Mamdani’s personal security would have seemed to take over as military guards.
The celebration occurred at the same time as the country cried the death of the former Ugandan Supreme Court Judge George Kanyeihamba, who was a neighbor of the Mamdani family and died on July 14.

“People are still in mourning,” said a person to the post, calling for the celebration of “insensitive” marriage.

At one point, the street was blocked by the caravan of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni when he came to the neighborhood to pay tribute.
The Maison de la Famille de Mamdani is on two acres of land with a view of Lake Victoria, in a rich area known as Hill Buziga. Mamdani’s father is professor of Columbia University and his mother is a director.
One of their neighbors includes the Ugandan billionaire businessman Godfrey Kirumira.

The masked security guards monitored the entries of the complex, which would have at least three security doors.
The American State Department, in its opinion on travel in Uganda, urges Americans to “reconsider travel” in the country due to the threat of “crime, terrorism and laws targeting people on the basis of sexual orientation. Increased exercise of prudence due to potential security risks and the unpredictable nature of public demonstrations”.

Mamdani was born in Uganda but moved to New York at the age of 7 and obtained his American citizenship seven years ago.
