Emmett Shoemakerin a statement to Leaving Records, explained: “Seeking to supplement the numerous GoFundMes and deep and often harrowing mutual aid acts currently supporting recovery efforts, instead of donating to an outside organization, everyone Proceeds will be donated directly to affected individuals. 50% will be meticulously hand-allocated to artists and music associates in need in Los Angeles, as equitably as possible. We will be cross-referencing existing music community assistance spreadsheets/documents that have already been circulated, along with a brief internal list of those affected in our immediate community.
