First on Fox: In a newly published video obtained by Fox News Digital, NASA interim administrator Sean Duffy announced that America would return to the moon before President Donald Trump leaves his duties, and said the United States would win “the second space race” against China.

The video reveals Duffy’s vision for the agency after Trump appointed him action administrator while serving as Transport secretary.
