More men faced with accusations of racketeering and murder MS-13 in Maryland: “ reign of terror ”

As a suspected member of the Maryland MS-13 gang, Kilmar Abrego Garcia is tried in a high-level criminal case, three other alleged MS-13 members in the state are accused of racketeering, including murder and drug trafficking.
Commenting on the accusations, the acting deputy prosecutor general Matthew Galeotti said that the actions of men “had strengthened the reign of MS-13 terror through the communities of Maryland”.
The accusations, deposited against Salvadoric nationals living in Maryland – Maxwell Ariel Quijano -Casco, 24, Daniel Isaias Villanueva -Bautista, 19, and Hyattsville, man of Maryland, Josue Mauricio Lainez, 21 years old – were announced in a statement from the Ministry of Justice on Wednesday.
According to the press release, the three men killed a homelessness as part of their involvement with MS-13. The Doj said the three would have killed the man on July 4, 2024, in a “reprisals murder”.
The victim was found dead in a Blue Dodge caravan which was parked in a used car field in Hyattsville the next day.

The department said that a nearby surveillance camera caught the murder on video. According to the declaration, the video shows that the victim brandishing which seems to be a post to Quijano-Casco, who fled and then returns with Villanueva-Futista, Lainez and another unnamed person. The four approach the blue van where the victim fled, opens the door and seems to hit someone inside.
Police arriving at the scene the next day found the victim, who seemed to have been stabbed in the neck.
Fox News Digital contacted the DOJ, the FBI and the Police Department of the County of Prince George to ask to review the video. None of the two agencies immediately responded to the Fox News Digital request.
Quijano-Casco and Villanueva-Bautista were arrested by the police of the county of Prince George on August 23, according to the Doj. Quijano-Casco was found in possession of a semi-automatic handgun and about eight grams of cocaine at the time of his arrest. Both admitted that they were present for the altercation where the victim had been murdered and that Quijano-Casco would have admitted to the police to have stabbed the individual.

The three are accused of racket conspiracy, including the murder of July 4, 2024. If they are convicted, they are faced with life in prison.
In the statement, Galeotti of the Criminal Division of the Doj said that the “insane murder” had been led “in exchange for promotions within the gang and drugs”.
Galeotti said: “Their actions have strengthened the reign of MS-13 terror through the communities of Maryland.”
The American lawyer for the district of Maryland Kelly Hayes described the murder of “murder of brutal reprisals” which serves as a “scary recall of the insane contempt of the Gang MS-13 for human life”.
She said her office will continue to work with the police to dismantle criminal organizations such as MS-13 which “terrorize our communities”.

It comes like Abrego Garcia, 29, another national Salvadoran who lived in Maryland, faces accusations of smuggling and human conspiracy.

According to the indictment, Abrego Garcia played an “important role” in a ring of human smuggling operating for almost a decade. The prosecutor General Pam Bondi described him as a full-time smuggler who has made more than 100 trips, transporting women, children and people affiliated with gangs across the United States through the United States
According to the police and the judicial archives shared with Fox News Digital, Abrego Garcia was arrested in Hyattsville in October 2019, when he was identified by the Police Gang Unit of Prince George as a member of MS-13.
