The Philadelphia Phillies superstar, Bryce Harper, was ejected after disagreement with vehemence with a call to check during the third round of the team’s 5-4 victory against the Detroit Tigers Friday evening at the Citizens Bank Park.

Harper was standing, with runners in the second and third base at the end of the seventh round and the match equally 3-3. The count was full, and Harper tried to check his swing while the relief launcher of Tigers Will Ver Breaking Ball was in dirt.

Third -based referee Vic Carapazza called Harper on the control swing, and Harper was furious. He immediately removed his helmet and began to wave his arms with disgust.

While Harper was heading for Carapazza, he seemed to say, “there is no sense of F —–” and was quickly ejected.

Harper said his ejection was “justified”.

“I left the striker’s box while walking towards him, so I think it was justified,” said Harper.
