Melania Trump threatens a legal action against Hunter Biden for video allegations

EXCLUSIVE: First lady Melania Trump puts Hunter Biden on an opinion of $ 1 billion on what she claims to be “false statements, defamatory, derogatory and inflammatory” made about her, demanding that he immediately and retracts the content and expresses excuses or in the face of legal action, Fox News Digital.

Fox News Digital obtained exclusively the letter that Alejandro Brito, a lawyer being a dispute for the first lady, sent to Hunter Biden and his lawyer, Abbe Lowell, on August 6.

“The fact of not complying will leave Ms. Trump without choice to continue all the legal rights and recourse at her disposal to recover the financial and reputation damage overwhelming that you have subjected her,” wrote Brito.

In the video interview, entitled “Hunter Biden Returns” video earlier in August, the former first son said “Epstein presented Melania to Trump. Connections are, as, so large and deep”.

Biden also said that “Jeffrey Epstein presented Melania, and this is how Melania and the first lady and the president met”.

“These false denigrant, defamatory and inflammatory statements are extremely salaces and have been widely disseminated in various digital media,” wrote Brito. “Indeed, the video has since been republished by various media, journalists and political commentators with millions of followers on social networks which have disseminated false and defamatory statements to tens of millions of people worldwide.”

Brito added: “Therefore, you have led Ms. Trump to undergo overwhelming financial and reputation damage.”

Brito also demanded, on behalf of the First Lady, that Biden “immediately apologizes for false, defamatory, disparaging, deceptive and inflammatory statements on Mrs. Trump”.

Brito also ordered Biden not to “destroy, hide or modify any article or electronic files, physical evidence” or other files relating to false allegations; including communications for Melania Trump; recordings of its sources; And any document or data concerning Ms. Trump.

A source close to the case told Fox News Digital that Biden did not comply with the defined deadline requests.

The source said that Biden and his team have “disclosed the letter” of the first lady’s lawyer to “a friendly journalist”, which “shows how deeply they are concerned about Hunter’s gravity for the spread of defamatory lies”.

Biden and Lowell did not immediately respond to the request for comments from Fox News Digital.

The letter comes after the Daily Beast pulled the article detailing the allegations of journalist Wolff that Melania Trump was presented to her husband Donald Trump via a modeling agent linked to Epstein, after a challenge of the first lady’s lawyers.

Carville opened its last episode of Podcast from the political war room with a legal note.

“In the episode of last week’s podcast, we spoke with Judd Legum,” he said. “After the episode, we received a letter from Melania Trump’s lawyer.
