“We are going to do about 3 or 4 days. We will see how it is,” he told journalists. “Now all the Arab countries are registered. Muslim countries have all registered. Israel is fully registered.

“And Hamas will do it or not. And whether it is not the case, it will be a very sad end,” he added.

The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accepted a plan on Monday which would end the military operations in Gaza, disarm the Hamas, guarantee the return of the 46 hostages and establish a path to rebuild the Gaza Strip ravaged by the war.

Fox News confirmed on Monday that senior officials in Qatar and Egypt had met Hamas negotiators and shared the plan supported by the United States.

Hamas negotiators have confirmed that they would examine it “in good faith and provide an answer,” said an informed official of talks.

The plan was largely defended by leaders of the Middle East, Europe and the parts of Asia.

A joint declaration published by Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, Qatar and Egypt not only “welcomed” Trump’s proposal to end war and rebuild Gaza, but also stressed his commitment to respond to the concerns of the security of Israel, in particular to harm and at the end of the annexation of the West river.

“The ministers affirm their desire to engage positively and constructively with the United States and the parties to finalize the agreement and to ensure its implementation, in a manner which ensures the peace, security and stability of the peoples of the region,” said the joint declaration.

Likewise, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron – who both declared that they now recognized “Palestine’s state” despite Washington’s opposition to the decision – defended Trump’s peace plan in separate statements.

The 20 -point proposal encountered mixed criticisms in Israel, where right -wing officials in the Netanyahu coalition fiercely rejected the planning of the plan by the Prime Minister.

Netanyahu’s Minister of Finance, Bezalel Smotrich, renewed questions about the prime minister’s coalition after having condemned the agreement on Tuesday as a “resounding diplomatic failure” and said that this was equivalent to “a closure of the eyes and turning their back on all the lessons of October 7.”

On the other hand, fierce criticism of Netanyahu, including the opposition chief, Yair Lapid, said that he was “convinced that the entanglement of the interests and the urgent calendar dictated by the situation of the hostages, what President Trump presented yesterday is the only plan with a feasibility.”

The leader of the Blue and White Party, Benny Gantz, also confirmed that his party “would not allow mean policy to sabotage the plan”.
