“My platform is that each person should have accommodation, and I think that in front of these two options, the system has hundreds of thousands of people without danger, right?” For what? ” Mamdani questioned in a resurfaced video which was cut and republished on conservative social networks.

“If there was a system that could guarantee each person a housing, whether you call it the abolition of private property or call it, you know, just a guarantee of housing across the state, it is preferable to what is happening today,” said Mamdani.

“People are trying to play like Gotcha games on this kind of thing, and it’s like, look, I care more if someone has a house,” he said.

“Mamdani’s call to abolish private property is not only radical, it is dangerous,” said representative Claudia Tenney, RN.Y., to Fox News Digital. “The deactivation of this fundamental right would devastate families, close small businesses and destroy entire communities, while putting more power to government. Private property is a constitutional principle of cornerstone. It represents the essence of personal freedom, economic opportunities and the American dream. We must defend it.”

The idea of abolishing private property is fundamentally anti-American and fiery with the real problems with which New Yorkers are confronted,” said representative Nick Langworthy, Rn.y., in Fox News Digital. “Families flee the city and our state due to high costs, crimes and broken leadership – not because there is too much freedom. New York must decide: do they want a mayor who believes in security and prosperity, or a communist who wants to grasp your house?”
