The “Big and Beautiful Bill” of President Donald Trump was promulgated earlier this month, republican legislators celebrating a wide range of GOP victories in massive tax and expenditure legislation.
This includes billions of dollars aimed at the repression of Trump against illegal immigration to the United States, nearly $ 30 billion is marked for immigration and customs application (ICE) alone, and $ 45 billion go to the strengthening of detention capacities.
The House Republicans who spoke with Fox News Digital last week welcomed this increase in funding, even if the Trump administration criticism accuse the White House of taking too heavy on the issue.
“Having this money to be able to work on the wall along the southern border, being able to hire more agents, pay them more, invest in technology, patrol and secure the border – it’s extremely important,” said representative David Kustoff, R -Tenn., Fox News Digital told. “If you ask President Trump, it was the most important question of the 2024 elections.”

Representative Michael Guest, R-Tenn., Which chairs the border security sub-comity and the application of the House’s domestic security committee, said the financing of the detention center was particularly important.
The guest urged ice to use these funds to speed up the “targeted” application against illegal immigrants.
This comes as much from left to left and some on the right have urged the Trump administration not to go too far to bring together suspect illegal immigrants who do not otherwise constitute any known threat to the public.

“I think that the targeted application, by ensuring that they are continuing the worst of the worst – these people who have committed crimes in the United States or that we learn after having released the interior that they had committed crimes in their origin country (or) people who have final referral orders,” said Guest.
“These are the people I think that the ice must target. They are the people where you see wide support from the American public that they want to get out of the street.”
Representative Ralph Norman, RS.C., stressed that the ice has requested this funding for some time.
“Tom Homan has done a great job. He is indicated for a while that he needs more money to continue doing his job. And he is fought by everyone, especially sanctuary cities, to prevent this from happening,” said Norman. “The least we can do is provide funding, and we did.”
And representative Derrick Van Orden, R-Wis., Said that he hoped that the increase in the repression of borders and immigration would help to fight

“So, to have a guaranteed border, to eliminate these criminal and illegal foreigners who violated and murdered American citizens regularly, we must have a very strong immigration execution system,” said Van Orden.
The representatives Brandon Gill, R-Texas and Andrew Clyde, R-GA., Underlined the funding of the Trump border wall and for more ice personnel, respectively.
The bill adopted the room earlier this month and was signed by Trump on July 4.
In addition to the financing of immigration operations, it also extends the key parties to the Trump Trump Trump (TCJA) Trump Reductions, retains certain Green Energies of the Biden Administration era and requires new work requirements for federal aid.
