Key witness in the murder of the Miami player found alive after being presumed dead

A witness who had chosen an alleged murderer of a Miami football player in a program on several occasions was presumed dead.
However, last month, ESPN journalists found Paul Conner, 81, living at his home in Louisville.
Conner lived in the same apartments complex as Bryan Pata, a Miami football show that was killed on November 7, 2006. He testified that he had seen a man “jogging” after hearing a noisy “pop” in the complex.

This man was Rashaun Jones, who has been in detention for four years pending the trial for the murder of Pata.
The prosecutors told an Florida judge as recently as July as Conner was dead, counting on a public database which “seemed to indicate” Conner was not alive.
“Is there an impact on this case? I should say yes, potentially,” a spokesperson, Ed Griffith, said espn.

However, Conner told ESPN that he did not remember the incident or his previous declarations and asked: “How long was this case of the court?”
The members of the hurricane this year said that Pata and Jones did not get along, and that Jones had a gun similar to the weapon that would have been used to kill Pata, which was to be selected in the draft of the NFL of the following year.

Jones’ trial was constantly delayed, but it finally begins on October 6. He pleaded not guilty and maintained his innocence.
