It was the trilogy fight between two of the largest female boxers to enter the ring. Taylor won the first fight on April 30, 2022, which also took place in the most famous arena in the world, in a shared decision.

The two clashed again on November 15 of last year as Jake Paul’s main co-event against Mike Tyson, and Taylor won a controversial unanimous decision.

New York faithful mainly supported Serrano, because Madison Square Garden was loaded with Puerto Rican flags – although Irish flags have been dispersed everywhere.

The entrance to Serrano was a show with the Knicks City Dancers and even some dancing herself – Taylor was much more stoic. But fans were crazy on both sides.

The first round was soft, the two fighters seeming to feel each other in the ring with fast blows and feet. The second round was more aggressive.

Serrano and Taylor shared hard blows in the third round, and the fight was officially on. But during the next rounds, the fight remained a little more moderate than their two other fights.

Taylor was able to get the greatest punch of the 4-6 tricks, which resulted in “Katie” songs. But Serrano gained momentum at the end of the sixth and obtained good shots in the eighth, winning the crowd. In turn 10, the blows came quickly from the two fighters in any attempt to steal the victory late.
