“One of these key decisions may have involved the presidential power to grant leniency or forgiveness – a question that the office of the White House Council, among other entities, is currently investigating,” Johnson wrote.

Biden signed only one forgiveness in the final wave, and it was his most controversial

Fox News Digital reported exclusively on Tuesday that the Board of the White House lawyer, in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, a survey on the use of Biden of an Autopen and already examines more than 27,000 documents given by the National Archives and Records Administration (Nara).

“The reports also suggest that these files represent only part of the information in possession of Nara which can be linked to the concealment of the alleged mental and physical decline of former president Biden,” Johnson wrote to Rubio, referring to the exclusive Fox News Digital Report.

Johnson now demands that Nara return all the files provided to the Board of the White House lawyer by referring or with regard to the mental or physical health of Biden or alleged concealment, including all communications.

Johnson also requests communications between or among the former managers of the White House, members of the Biden firm or their staff or other members of the Mental or Physical Health of Biden.

More specifically, Johnson asks for files belonging to the former chief of staff of the White House Ron Klain, the former Chief of Staff of the White House Jeff, former adviser Mike Donilon, former adviser to President Steve Ricchetti, the former personal lawyer Bob Bauer, the main advisor to Biden, Anita Dunn, the former doctor of White House Kevin O’Connor and others.

Johnson gave Rubio until July 30 to hand over the files.

The White House lawyer’s office is investigating the use by Biden of an automatic, a machine that physically holds a pen and has programming to imitate a person’s signature. Unlike a stamp or a digitized printing of a signature, the autopen has the capacity to contain various types of pens, from a ball point to a permanent marker, according to the descriptions of the autopen machines available for purchase.

Biden used an autopen to sign a multitude of documents during his mandate. He also used an autopen to sign final pardons, including preventive pardons for family members, Dr Anthony Fauci, General Mark Milley and the members and staff of the Chamber Committee investigating the riots of January 6, 2021, Capitol. He signed only one forgiveness in his hand, for his son Hunter, after having walked to the American people for months, he would not forgive the hunter.

Trump says Biden’s pardons are “zero”, alleging that they were signed via Autopen

During his last weeks in power, Biden has granted leniency and pardoned more than 1,500 people in what the White House described at the time as the biggest act of leniency in one day by an American president.

Biden, in a recent interview with the New York Times, defended its use of an autopen, saying that he “had made each decision” by himself.

“We are talking about (granting a leniency to) many people,” said Biden.

However, the Times reported that Biden “had not individually approved each name for the categorical pardons that applied to a large number of people,” said the former president and his aid.

Congress committees, such as the Chamber’s supervisory committee, also investigate Biden’s automatic and health use during their mandate.

A senior administration official recognized simultaneous efforts, but stressed that the White House lawyer’s investigation is distinct from any congress probe.

The officials told Fox News Digital that the investigation is a “massive effort” and that they hope to finish “as soon as possible”.

As for Trump, officials told Fox News Digital that he does not automatically use for everything that could be considered an official business.

The only time Trump can use the autopen is for unofficial cases, including correspondence, letters for birthdays or files ordered for widely shared documents, said his office.
