Atlanta, GA – EXCLUSIVE – Joe Greters, a long -standing ally of President Trump, was elected president of the next president of the National Republican Committee (RNC).

The members of the RNC Committee elected Gruuters – who had the support of President Donald Trump – as president, when they finished business at their summer meeting, which they hold this year in the capital of Battleground Georgia and the largest city.

Gruteter, a senator from the state of Florida, member of the RNC Committee of the State of Sunshine, the treasurer of the National Committee of the Party and a long -standing ally of Trump, succeeded the president Michael Whatley, who resigned while he heads for the Senate in North Carolina in the successful race to succeed in withdrawing the Senator of Gop Thom Tillis.

Gruuters, in an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, stressed that “this is the president’s party. It is the vision of the president, on the whole. The party fully embraces the president, and we will mount the president until the victory halfway through, and we will win Gros.”

And Whatley, joining Greters in the interview, said that during his mandate as president “we have transformed the RNC, essentially the way President Trump transformed the Republican Party. And we are now the party of working class men and women in the whole country.”

Trump, when he approved Whatley in the Northern Carolina Senate race a month ago, congratulated Gruuters.

“I have someone who will do wonderful work as president of the RNC,” wrote Trump in an article on social networks. “His name is, Joe Gruuters, and he will have my complete and total approval.”

The president called Gruuters, who co -chaired Trump’s campaign in 2016 in Florida, a “fierce defender of our movement” and a “Magi Warrior who was with us from the start”.

And Trump said that the 48 -year -old Gruuters, who were Florida’s GOP from 2019 to 2023, “helped us win massive and historical victories through the state”.

An initiate of the RNC, emphasizing the sharp increase in the registration of republican voters in Florida during the mandate of Greters as president of the State Party, said that he helped transform “a very purple state into a Ruby red state and that this was going to bring to the country”.

“He won republican races, released the vote and protected the vote in Florida,” said the initiate, who asked to remain anonymous to speak more freely.

Greters congratulated his predecessor as an “absolute workhorse” and “a great reason” for the electoral success of the party in last year’s elections.

Asked about the three main elements of his task list while he succeeds Whatley, Greters told Fox News “, is always the integrity of the elections. This is the most important thing, protecting the vote. And it is a question of winning the environment. It is a question of returning to the basic principles of the recording of voters and the fall of our voters.”

The DNC targeted Gruuters as he went up on the RNC chair.

“The president of the RNC, Joe Gruuters, is just that Donald Trump would like for the post: a parrot for his own extremist program. Gruteter brings his worst ideas from Florida to the national scene – to tear it from health care from the prohibition of abortion – as well as his wacky and dangerous conspiracy tree.”

The ascent of Gruuters to the President of RNC is the last sign of Trump’s full control on the party’s national committee.

After his election as president in 2016, Trump chose the president of Michigan Gop, Ronna McDaniel, as President of RNC, and supported her re -election in 2019 and again in 2021. The president of the time, Trump, remained neutral while McDaniel won the election to a fourth mandate of unprecedented two years at the start of 2023.

But Trump, embittered on McDaniel, orchestrated his eviction a little more than a year later and supported Whatley as his replacement. Whatley was elected president at an RNC meeting in Houston in March of last year, when Trump began to win the presidential appointment of the 2024 GOP. The daughter-in-law of Trump, Lara Trump, was elected co-president.

Whatley and the RNC, working in coordination with the presidential campaign in 2024 of Trump, helped the party to the electoral victories last November, while the GOP recognized the White House and the Senate, and retained its fragile majority in the House.

This year, with the party in control of the White House and Congress, the RNC has experienced a solid fundraising and currently has a large cash advance on the National Rival Democratic Committee, while the two parties are increasing for the mid-term elections of next year.

Whatley announced his candidacy for the Senate on July 31, four days after the Democrats won their best recruit, the former governor of two Mandates Roy Cooper.

“President Trump deserves an ally, and North Carolina deserves a strong conservative voice in the Senate,” said Whatley speaking to a crowd of family, friends and supporters when he declared his candidacy. “I will be that voice.”

The race for the Senate in the battlefield of North Carolina should be one of the most expensive and competitive in the country, because the GOP defends its majority of 53-47 in the room.

Whatley called him “the Senate brand race across the country”.

“We will be the racing in the most expensive Senate in the history of the country,” Whatley told Fox News Digital. “But, look at, we will be able to raise the resources we need to tell our story, and we will work the 100 counties here in North Carolina to be able to tell our story.

Gruuters, an accountant who spent almost a decade in the Florida Legislative Assembly, is close to the Chief of the White House Susie Wiles, a Floridian colleague who was co-campaign of Trump’s presidential candidacy in 2024.

And Greters often faced the republican governor from two state mandates, Ron Desantis.

Greeters supported Trump on Desantis during the 2024 presidential appointment race.
