Kevin Costner He takes another swing at convincing a judge to dismiss a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against him by a stunt artist who claims she was forced to participate in an unscripted, unscheduled rape scene on the set of the Western film series “Horizon.”
A judge recently dismissed two of Devin LaBellaThe 10 claims… but Costner has just appealed the decision in an attempt to have the remaining eight claims dismissed… according to new legal documents obtained by TMZ.

You know…LaBella filed a lawsuit last May, claiming she was forced to participate in an unscripted, unscheduled rape scene on the set of the Western film series “Horizon.”
Costner insisted there was no violent rape scene in his set…and called LaBella’s lawsuit farcical.
