Jamie Presnell talks about body transformation and finding inner peace

“Love Is Blind” star. Jimmy Presnell He has his jaws on the floor – and has nothing to do with a dramatic love triangle. He looks like a whole new person after hitting the gym and going for a hair transplant — and he told TMZ he has “LIB” to thank for pushing him out of his comfort zone.

Check out our chat with Jamie — he goes into detail about what inspired him to focus on his fitness ahead of his big 30th birthday… shredding 30 pounds while packing on muscle, and transforming his look with a hair transplant.

Jimmy says it himself, that his hair transplant is the most notable change. He reveals that he thought about having the procedure even before he opened his heart to reality TV, but says it was the bad comments he received about his appearance that gave him the motivation to do such a thing.

The success of the procedure, coupled with his physical health being taken into account, had a great impact on Jamie. He says he now feels “inner peace” and has deep mental clarity and new confidence…and he’s doing what makes him happy – because life is too short not to!

He also says that working to better himself — and reflecting on everything he went through in “Love Is Blind” — has made him feel 15 years wiser.

Speaking about his experience on ‘Love Is Blind’…he gave us an update on his relationship with it Chelsea Blackwell – who got engaged to her during their season, and had a bumpy ride with her after they got out of the pods.

They attended Friendsgiving together just this week — and Jamie says they’ve remained great friends after they “bonded in shock” over their story and weathered the storm as they watch the world react to their romance when the season begins in early 2024.
